Job Description

Job Summary:

This role is accountable for ensuring the organization's structure, capabilities, and talent pipelines are robust, agile, and aligned with the current and future strategic objectives of the business. The incumbent acts as the primary architect for building a high-performance culture and a future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibility Areas:

 

·        Design and execute a comprehensive strategy for organizational development, ensuring all initiatives directly support business objectives and drive measurable organizational capability.

 

·        Lead the complete project management lifecycle for all OD initiatives, from initial scoping through implementation, maintaining rigorous quality standards and budget discipline.

 

 

 

·       Establish and monitor clear success metrics for all organizational development projects, maintaining alignment with stakeholder expectations and business requirements.

 

 

 

·        Develop and maintain the integrated framework for talent management, including competency models, job profiles, career paths, and development programs

 

 

 

·        Direct organizational design initiatives and workforce planning processes to optimize structure and capabilities for current and future business needs.

 

 

 

·        Manage the integrated talent cycle encompassing performance management, succession planning, and talent identification to build robust leadership pipelines.

 

 

 

·        Ensure seamless integration between development initiatives and talent pipeline requirements to support organizational sustainability

 

 

 

·        Monitor and analyze comprehensive HR metrics across both operational and strategic dimensions, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership

 

 

 

·        Continuously refine and enhance all organizational development frameworks, including performance management systems and KPI tracking mechanisms, to maintain relevance and effectiveness in evolving business environments

 

 

 

·        Lead cross-functional HR transformation and change management initiatives to enable successful adoption of organizational change programs.

 

 

 

·        Partner with senior leadership to diagnose organizational challenges and design intervention strategies that improve effectiveness, engagement, and performance.

Skills Description

Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration or related field

 

Experience: 3–5 years in OD / HR Projects / HR Transformation

 

Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
