Job Description

Job Summary:

To embed learning and career development across all company locations by acting as a Career Advisor, driving and monitoring the full training lifecycle, and ensuring employees have clear growth pathways aligned with business needs and manpower planning priorities.

Responsibilities:

1. Career Advisory & Coaching

  • Conduct structured career advising and coaching sessions across locations
  • Guide employees on career paths, competency gaps, and progression requirements
  • Support managers in building and reviewing Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

2. Training Process Ownership

  • Monitor and manage the full training lifecycle:
    • Training needs analysis
    • Annual training planning
    • Program design and coordination
    • Post-training evaluation and impact measurement
  • Ensure alignment between training initiatives and competency frameworks
  • Maintain clear documentation and governance of all training activities

3. Learning & Development Program Management

  • Design and oversee behavioral, technical, and leadership development programs
  • Coordinate external providers and internal subject matter experts

4. On-Site HR Presence

  • Rotate across company locations to ensure accessibility and visibility
  • Act as a development partner to department heads
  • Identify capability gaps directly from the field

5. Reporting & Development Analytics

  • Track training hours, budget utilization, participation rates, and effectiveness
  • Provide structured, timely reports to the OD Manager and leadership
  • Highlight capability gaps and recommend corrective actions

6. Talent & Succession Support

  • Support HiPo identification and succession planning discussions
  • Align development initiatives with manpower planning forecasts

 

Skills Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 4–7 years in L&D
  • Strong coaching and communication skills
  • Experience in program design and delivery
  • High mobility and comfort working across multiple locations
