Job Description

Job Summary:

Supporting the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations and providing general support to enhance HR functions.

 

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Preparing HR-related reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
  • Managing communication between the HR department employees, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance where required.
  • Organizing and maintaining the HR filing system.
  • Post job advertisements on job boards and social media. 
  • Conducting and scheduling job interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Assist in monthly payroll.
  • Collect and process employee attendance.
  • Support audits by maintaining proper documentation.

Skills Description

  • Bachelor’s in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is a plus.
