Marketing Manager

Role Purpose

To own the marketing efforts of a specific brand (e.g., Toyota, Lexus, Yamaha, etc.) by balancing sales-driven marketing campaigns with the long-term development of brand equity. This role ensures that all actions, whether tactical or strategic, are aligned with the brand's identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute short-term marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and showroom visits in alignment with monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
2. Build and manage the brand positioning and voice across all touchpoints by ensuring consistency, differentiation, and emotional resonance with the target audience.
3. Translate sales or management requests into effective briefs, clarifying objectives, KPIs, and timing for digital and physical marketing teams.
4. Ensure all activities required are conducted in a timely manner and accurately.
5. Coordinate with Digital Channel Specialists to execute campaigns across online, offline, and showroom environments.
6. Monitor campaign performance and brand health KPIs, including lead quality, engagement, CPL, CPA, awareness, perception, etc
7. Generate reports and insights after each campaign or initiative, with actionable recommendations to improve future executions.
