Spare Parts Logistics Officer

Job Description

Job Summary:

 

Responsible for maintaining a stock of spare parts, quote prices to customers, manage back orders, and maintain vendor relations, including ensuring invoices, shipment slips, and other billing issues are taken care of promptly.

 

 

Key Responsibility Areas:

 

  • Assist the manager to issue quotations to customers
  • Coordinate delivery of parts and receiving orders to the customers’ needs and satisfaction
  • Actively follow up and work closely with vendor, customers and warehouse for scheduling and coordinating delivery of parts
  • Input sales order into the ERP system in a timely and accurate manner and ensure proper invoicing
  • Cooperate with the service team to order and arrange delivery of spare parts
  • Liaise and closely work together with internal departments

Skills Description

  • BSc in Industrial Engineering or Logistics
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar field
