Job Description

Job Summary:

The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, assessing their service needs, and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. The role focuses on achieving daily and monthly KPIs while following the seven-stage Service Core Process to ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and maximize service profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
  • Provide accurate service estimates and explanations of required work.
  • Record service details accurately and communicate clearly with technicians.
  • Coordinate with workshop, parts, and cashier teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
  • Follow up on warranties, repeat repairs, and customer inquiries.
  • Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure proper delivery processes.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and achieve monthly performance targets.

Skills Description

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or relevant experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial vehicle service or automotive service advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and preventive maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license; proficiency in English & Arabic.
