Job Summary:

Responsible for selling and promoting different car brands & models as well as other value-chain services, meeting new clients, and fostering long-lasting relationships with clients to maintain and maximize future sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to foster a professional environment that supports automotive sales.
  • Answer questions about new cars, vehicle performance, and application processes.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections.
  • Maintain an up-to date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales.
  • Present new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and showroom walk-throughs.
  • Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar field
