Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor for Chery is responsible for leading and supporting the sales team to meet organizational targets, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experience. This role includes managing daily sales operations, optimizing team performance, and ensuring full compliance with company and brand standards. The Sales Supervisor develops action plans, resolves internal and customer challenges, and contributes to the continuous improvement of the sales function.
Key Responsibility:
1- Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Lead, guide, and motivate the Chery sales team, offering regular feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
- Review and approve sales orders to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and vacation planning to ensure smooth daily operations.
2- Sales Operations Management:
- Monitor and analyze the BIT (Best in Town), reservation systems, and Chery-specific sales platforms to maintain accurate and efficient sales tracking.
- Handle barter deals, employee offers, and partner sales from initiation to closure.
- Manage and register demo vehicles in alignment with Chery standards to maximize utilization and compliance.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely vehicle delivery, proper stock updates, and smooth showroom operations.
3- Customer Relationship Management:
- Customer address promises promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure the proper implementation and follow-up of the Contact Management Manual Guideline (CMMG) for the Chery sales team.
4- Training and Development:
- Conduct and coordinate Chery product training sessions to ensure the team has strong product knowledge and applies effective selling techniques.
- Support sales consultants in closing deals by providing direction and hands-on assistance when needed.
5- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Prepare and submit Mystery Shopper (MYS) action plans, ensuring alignment with Chery brand and organizational goals.
- Manage dealer sales operations and maintain productive relationships with external partners and dealers.
- Monitor showroom presentation and activities to ensure a premium customer experience that meets Chery brand standards.
6- Additional Duties:
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager to support business objectives and brand growth.
Skills Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Chinese product knowledge and relevant brand certifications (preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
