Job Description

Job Summary:


Responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role focuses on executing the full sales cycle, managing CRM data, and promoting brand values to support market growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  2. Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively and ensure timely follow-ups through accurate CRM updates.
  3. Sales Cycle Execution: Execute all stages of the sales cycle professionally while adhering to company processes and policies.
  4. Trade-In & Demo Utilization: Leverage trade-in and demo vehicles strategically to support and boost sales performance.
  5. Proactive Sales Generation: Actively generate new leads through networking, outreach, and community engagement.
  6. Value Chain Promotion: Promote value-added offerings such as insurance, financing, and service contracts to drive revenue.
  7. Collaboration with After-Sales: Work closely with the After-Sales team to identify new opportunities and ensure seamless customer experience.

 

 

Skills Description

Key Requirements:

  •            Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in automotive or customer-facing sales roles with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  •       Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
