Job Description

Job Summary:

The sales Admin is primarily responsible for handling customer phone calls, addressing inquiries, and providing information to ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, this role supports the sales team with daily administrative tasks, reporting, and lead management. The sales Admin acts as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams, helping streamline communication and support overall sales efforts.

Key Responsibility:

  1. Customer Communication: Handle phone calls and emails from customers, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries promptly to ensure a high level of customer service.
  2. Sales Team Support: Provide daily administrative assistance to the sales team, enabling them to focus on core sales activities and achieve team objectives.
  3. Sales Reporting: Prepare and report monthly sales data, sharing insights and performance metrics with the sales team to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Customer Feedback Management: Communicate significant feedback from customers internally, ensuring that relevant departments are informed for service enhancement.
  5. Support the Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to share demographic data and business leads, supporting targeted marketing and campaign effectiveness.
  6. Outbound Call Management: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, provide information on products/services, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  7. Lead Follow-Up and Nurturing: Ensure timely follow-up with leads and inquiries, implement strategies to nurture prospects, and guide them through the sales funnel to maximize conversion rates.
  8. Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments with leads, ensuring high attendance rates. Maintain an organized calendar for demo car appointments and follow-ups.
  9. General Administrative Support: Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager to support the achievement of business objectives.

Skills Description

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service roles.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic.
