Job Description
Job Scope
Ensure that all service, maintenance, and repair work performed on customer vehicles meets company and manufacturer quality standards through vehicle inspections, quality audits, and adherence to established processes, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections on vehicles before delivery to customers.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with company and manufacturer standards.
- Monitor workshop quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate quality-related concerns and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Supervisors to resolve quality issues.
- Perform quality audits and maintain inspection records and reports.
- Monitor repeat repairs and identify root causes to improve service quality.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives by ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in a Quality Control role within an automotive dealership, service

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.

Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes.

Experience conducting vehicle inspections and identifying quality issues.

Familiarity with manufacturer service standards and workshop procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Good command of Arabic; English communication skills are preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
