Job Description

Job Summary:


Responsible for developing and executing plans to enhance Petronas sales and distribution in the Jordanian market, while leading the Service Department, Quick Service, car care detailing and mobile service operations to ensure optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This includes managing service plans, departmental budgets, stock levels, and team performance in alignment with company standards.

 

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Develops and implements Petronas sales strategies and distribution plans to strengthen market presence.
  • Develops and agrees on Service Departmental Plans and Budgets to achieve company financial targets.
  • Optimizes stock levels of consumable materials to meet customer demand while minimizing capital investment.
  • Ensures the highest level of customer service while meeting company profit goals.
  • Organizes, directs, and controls all departmental staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Leads and motivates a team of service technicians.
  • Prepares and manages annual operating budgets for the workshop and wholesale markets.
  • Ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
  • Coordinates with the Parts Manager to secure parts availability.
  • Builds and maintains professional customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
  • Conducts periodic quality checks to maintain service standards and reduce comebacks.
  • Handles customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Drives sales of all added-value products across wholesale and internal markets.
  • Conducts market analysis and identifies opportunities for product/service expansion across Jordan.
  • Maintains a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

Skills Description

Requirements:

  •     Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
  •      8+ years’ experience in automotive service or quick service management.
  •      Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
  •       Experience in sales, budgeting, and market analysis.
  •       Knowledge of service procedures, parts management, and compliance.
