Job Description
Job Summary
To ensure optimal customer satisfaction and adherence to manufacturer standards, and to ensure they build strong customer relationships and follow customer instructions. The role involves promptly addressing customer inquiries, maintaining cleanliness in the reception area, and managing staffing levels to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibility Areas
| Fill detractors' log sheet. | ||||||||||||
| Performs periodic checks to ensure all customer-facing staff are following Markazia SOPs (Complaint Handling Procedures). | ||||||||||||
| Respond promptly to telephone queries from customers/ colleagues. | ||||||||||||
| Ensures that the standards requested by manufacturers are followed and ready for outside audit or mystery shopping at any time. | ||||||||||||
| Maintains the coverage of staff required to best serve the customers’ requirements. | ||||||||||||
| Ensure the analysis and implementation of countermeasures related to Detractors and VOC. | ||||||||||||
| To ensure all customer enquiries and complaints are resolved in a competent and timely manner. | ||||||||||||
| Make sure to solve all complaints within the specified period and maintain the rate of resolution. | ||||||||||||
| Receiving and handling complaints based on the company's standards. | ||||||||||||
| Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager. |
