Job Scope
Support the day-to-day Human Resources operations by managing HR administration, attendance tracking, employee relations activities, and recruitment processes. The HR Officer will ensure accurate employee records, support HR initiatives through the MENA iTech system, and contribute to a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR data within the MENA iTech system.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and related HR reports.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration activities.
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and support employee relations matters.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and certificates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience with the MENA iTech system.
- Experience in attendance and leave management.
- Exposure to employee relations and HR operations.
- Experience supporting the recruitment and selection process.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
A motivated HR professional with 2 years of experience, strong knowledge of MENA iTech and attendance management, and the ability to support employee relations and recruitment activities in a dynamic work environment.
