Excellence and Technology Coordinator

We are looking for an Excellence and Technology Coordinator to join our team and support the effective management of technology assets, services, and operational processes. This role plays a key part in overseeing procurement activities, supplier coordination, budget tracking, reporting, and ensuring the Excellence and Technology departments achieve their strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Procurement Management

  • Oversee all technology-related purchases and requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with the Procurement department to ensure timely processing of requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entries for all purchases.

IT Subscriptions and Licensing

  • Monitor and manage all IT subscriptions and software licenses.
  • Identify requirements for new subscriptions.
  • Track renewal dates and ensure timely renewals.

Asset Management

  • Supervise all technology assets to ensure proper inventory control and lifecycle management.
  • Oversee IT store activities, including issuance, tracking, and disposal of assets.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and system data entries.

Supplier Communication

  • Manage communication and follow-up with suppliers and service providers.
  • Supervise delivery processes and ensure proper receipt of purchased items and services.

Budget Management

  • Monitor expenses related to the Excellence and Technology departments.
  • Manage petty cash and related financial records.
  • Ensure all budget-related data entries are accurate and up to date.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Prepare and monitor reports related to purchases, assets, and departmental expenses.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of reports.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to fulfill operational and compliance requirements.

Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Handle requests from other departments related to Excellence and Technology services.
  • Coordinate building and office requirements, including hospitality, stationery, and operational support needs.

Data Management and Administrative Support

  • Manage system data entries and documentation.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up and administrative support for assigned tasks and projects.

Skills Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology or Business Administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • 2–3 years of experience in procurement and asset management
  • Proficiency in data entry and reporting systems
