Business Excellence Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Excellence Engineer to join our Business Excellence Department. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Standardization & Documentation

• Map, document, and standardize business processes across departments.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure processes are optimized, efficient, and compliant with internal and external standards.

2. Operational Improvement

• Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities in operational workflows.
• Recommend and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Digital Transformation

• Contribute to the organization’s digital transformation program by identifying and leading initiatives to enhance digital capabilities and operational efficiencies.

4. Culture Improvement

• Support departments in adopting Toyota’s improvement methodologies and tools.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

5. Customer Experience

• Manage and analyze customer feedback, surveys, and complaints.
• Extract insights from the customer journey and develop actionable improvement plans.

6. Audit Program Management

• Participate in the internal audit program across all business units.
• Ensure audits are completed on time and findings are addressed effectively.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to department leaders to support decision-making and drive operational improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, process improvement, digital transformation, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
