Job Summary
The Branch Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the service branch and ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable workshop performance. The role involves leading Service Advisors, Technicians, and workshop staff, monitoring operational and financial performance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch.
- Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and workshop personnel.
- Plan and allocate manpower based on workload, productivity targets, and business requirements.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and technician utilization.
- Track branch revenue, gross profit, and operational KPIs to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure proper vehicle reception, repair, quality control, and delivery processes.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor repair quality and implement actions to reduce repeat repairs and back jobs.
- Coordinate with Parts and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions.
- Support customer retention initiatives, upselling opportunities, and service business growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and staff development activities.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports and monitor action plans for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workshop environment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service operations, workshop management, or aftersales operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an automotive service environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service processes, customer service standards, and workshop operations.
- Experience in managing operational targets, productivity, and branch performance is preferred.
- Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS) and automotive service KPIs is an advantage.
