Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will lead the Service Department in Aqaba, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service while achieving financial objectives. The role involves developing and implementing departmental initiatives and plans, optimizing resources, and driving operational efficiency to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee service departmental plans to achieve company financial objectives.
- Ensure optimal stock levels of consumable materials to meet customer demand while minimizing capital investment.
- Deliver superior service standards to customers while aligning with the company’s profitability goals.
- Lead, organize, and supervise departmental staff to ensure productivity, efficiency, and service excellence.
- Monitor departmental performance, analyze results, and implement improvement strategies as required.
Skills Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in service management or branch operations within the automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in vehicle diagnosis and repair.
- Solid understanding of finance, budgeting, and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with demonstrated leadership skills.
