A dynamic and results-oriented Accessories Manager with over 5 years of experience in retail and merchandise management, with a strong background in both physical retail operations and e-commerce growth strategies. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, developing high-performing sales channels, and enhancing customer experience across various platforms and locations.

- Strategic Leader: Adept at setting sales targets, preparing budgets, and launching initiatives that drive revenue growth and align with company objectives.
- E-commerce & Virtual Store Expertise: Experienced in launching and managing digital platforms to boost customer engagement and online sales performance.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on achieving optimal customer journey experiences across all locations and channels.
- Operational Excellence: Skilled in creating and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for merchandising and sales processes.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Proficient in market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and consumer trends. Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for data presentation and performance tracking.
Skills Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, or e-commerce (automotive is a plus)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
