Tenders Senior Officer

Job Summary:

Manage the tenders process, prepare competitive bids, ensure compliance with requirements, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Understand tender terms and conditions.
• Prepare financial and technical proposals, arrange bank guarantees, and handle required documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, marketing, maintenance, procurement, logistics, finance) for tender preparation.
• Serve as the main contact for clients during the bidding process, addressing inquiries and arranging visits.
• Archive tender documents and maintain records.
• Possess deep product knowledge of vehicles, including specifications and options.
• Ensure positive customer experience throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing skills.
• Remain proactive and responsive to prospective clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience (automotive industry experience is a plus).
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented with proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Sales and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of automotive specifications.
• Skills in Microsoft office suite (Excel, word and power point)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
