Service Engineer

We are seeking a Service Technical Engineer to provide advanced technical support for our service centers. This role involves diagnosing complex vehicle issues, liaising with the manufacturer on technical matters, developing service solutions, and assisting with training and quality assurance to ensure superior aftersales performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.

3–6 years’ experience in automotive technical support or Technical training.

In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics (including hybrid and electrical).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Experience with diagnostic tools and service documentation.

Ability to train and mentor service staff.
