Job Summary:
To meet and greet customers and represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
To Attain the Daily and Monthly KPIs as set by your Direct manager.
To follow the seven stage Service Core Process as provided to attain the highest levels of CSI and Maximum profitability as per the Monthly Budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, understand their service needs, and seek technical advice when necessary.
- Provide accurate price estimates and ensure all instructions on job cards are clear for technicians.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including telephone calls, and provide daily status updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and verify payment with the Cashier before release.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Apply manufacturer warranty policies and explain customers’ rights.
- Quote, approve, and record all work, including additional repairs, following upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Take ownership of Work in Progress (WIP), close jobs daily, and follow up on warranty issues.
- Record repeat repairs/visits according to company policy and review with the direct manager.
- Achieve monthly targets and handle customer complaints according to company standards.
- Ensure proper delivery procedures are followed with every customer.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferable.
